This is the first proof for my magazine. I am happy with my front cover. My double page spread layout is good but i might chance the half with the text on to a brighter background colour so it isn't all grey, hopefull it will brighten it up and make it look more interesting and appealing. I have struggled with my contents page and i don't really like it, i will be improving it over the next week or so. I don't like the dark black text boxes with the white text, it doesn't fit in with the reast of the magazing and it doesn't look very appealing. I might take away the text boxes and change my background to the same colour my double page spread text half is so it will fit in with the rest of the magazine. Also, the contents page looks very full and i will try and make it look more simple so there is less to read. This will attract the average teenager to the contents page more because the majority of teenages don't like reading in large amounts.
